We are purchasing new land to develop. We are increasing the size of our future development land supply by agreeing new deals on residential land in the South of England. We are searching along the coast from Poole, through Bournemouth, Ringwood, The New Forest and Southampton to Winchester.

If you do not own the land, we will still pay you a competitive finders fee if a deal is agreed between ourselves and the land owners due to your introduction.
